"Having had surgery and consequently developed issues with floor exercises - Tania is totally able to adapt the class exercises for me *instantly* so that it’s an inclusive class in all aspects. The pace of the class is good - not too fast and not too slow. Clear instructions and demonstrations have really helped me get to follow and I felt encouraged to ask for clarification when I wasn’t sure. I like it that it’s not a big group, there’s a feeling of intimacy and friendship that’s really supportive when I’ve  not felt 100%.
