I have been working as a Personal Trainer for 12 years now and specialise in Corrective Exercise, Core strength and Hypopressives which is a wonderful  holistic way of using breath and posture to address pelvic floor dysfunction, relieve back pain , tone the abdominals and relieve anxiety.


I can come to your home or sessions can be outside or in a lovely studio/gym in Clevedon. I run classes which concentrate on Postural Strength and improvement of balance. I also offer classes concentrating on Release work and Core Connection through breath and movement.                                                 

I am a Holistic Core Restore Coach and work with women wanting to improve their pelvic floor function. I can see women in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis.
